Pedicures here are always good, never had an issue! This past time I went I also received a soak off on my nails, the man doing it unfortunately completely butchered my nails. He doesn’t know how to use the nail e-file. He would giggle when he would accidentally get my skin & I would tell him it hurts. U can see the dents in my nails are so sensitive I can feel everything through them.

EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER: Thank you for your thoughtful response and for acknowledging my feedback. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the nail technician, but I was seated at station 2 during my visit. This was my second time at Bellagio Nails Spa. My first visit was pleasant, so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this time was a very different experience. One thing I noticed is that they’re not consistent in acknowledging new customers. Some people walked in and just sat waiting until they were eventually asked what service they wanted.
