You make an appointment and they still make you wait like a walk in. The location is good, because it's next door to a great icecream spot 😋 and it helps make waiting bearable.

I really like my pedicure. Didn't like that I really didn't get the real deal when it was time to massage my feet and legs. It's a hot or miss her, you just got to be lucky to get the right technician. I go here only for the convenience it's in my neighborhood. They're okay... nothing spectacular about it or stand out

I had about 1.5 hours to kill so I called and asked if the salon had an opening in 30 minutes to remove gel polish followed by a manicure. No problem! I arrive 29 minutes later to find the only two women in the salon working on other customers. I wait, wait, wait...20 minutes later I’m finally seated. The tech drilled the top layer of my gel polish, applied acetone, cotton and foil and disappeared.
