Refused to do my nails as a walk in 30 minutes before closing time when i had called in advance. Extremely rude and put me on the spot in front of everyone in there. So embarrassing and humiliating. Do better.
John did my pedicure. He was very thorough making sure and get all of the dried skin and took time to kneed knits out of my calves and feet which I desperately needed. The finished product was just as I asked. I will be coming back to this salon when I'm in town and requesting John for a pedicure!
They are friendly; if you don't mind waiting for your turn, walk in, but it's better to make an appointment since they are really busy. Margarita did a great job on my nails, no pain, no cuts. It was great to get my nails and eyebrows done! It is my second time in that nail place but definitely this will be my go-to place for my nails and eyebrows.
I was going here for acrylic nails, medium length. I have never had so many nails break. At least 1-2 a week regardless of how fresh my fill is. The nails were super thin even after asking for them to be a little thicker to avoid breaking. The length of my ring fingers was definitely different and they seemed annoyed I asked for it to be fixed.
