I am New Owner of the Bellagio nails & Spa. I have taken over Bellagio nails & Spa since 07/22/2017. I have changed the way to serve good for customers. I know the old way that was not good. I hope all customers come to try again with us. I always improve our products, based on feedback, until they are the best.

I usually don’t write reviews but I was so disappointed yesterday with the service that couldn’t help not to say something about it. I used to love the salon and its owner but now seems the ownership has changed and unfortunately the service has changed too. My nails were rushed and messy and the lady who did them kept talking all the time to her colleagues and hardly looking at my nails. This is just not professional. I’m now thinking to start looking for a new salon.

I used to LOVEEEE this salon but they changed the owner ship! I used to go to Amy and she would do an incredible job, but now I guess she is not there anymore! :( This salon used to be my go to nail salon because I would never be disappointed and walk out happy! I don’t generally share my opinion on things like this but am disappointed that they changed ownership. Previously, this was our nail salon of choice! We loved Mary and the previous owner was always so fun and inviting. It was a totally different vibe this time. I was overall not impressed with the experience as a whole as well as my nails. There seemed to be less attention to detail.
RecommendedJust went in today to get my nails done by Jennifer 😊 Love that girl! Yes they are under new management but that is ok. I was greeted by a smiling face a warm hello and a cleaner salon. Thank you for my amazing nails Jennifer!! I will continue to come back!!
NEW MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE!! I have been coming here since 2017 and I have never had an experience so unprofessional before at this salon! I have always enjoyed getting my nails done at this location! My Experience was horrible, for all of you that have been coming here for a while I would not expect the same kind of customer service! I went to this nail salon for the first time today and after living in the area for eight months I haven’t found anyone I like to do my nails. I can finally say I found someone that does a really good job! Amber took her time and made sure my nails were perfect and to my liking I can say I will definitely be back to see her
