I went in earlier this afternoon to address a nail issue. I was greeted by Kao who was very energetic and understanding! He listened and validated my concerns. Kao immediately ushered me to a seat to resolve my situation. I had three women work on my nails. Tammy helped remove the gel polish, Mei reapplied the base and color coats, and Nina finished with stellar french art.
