I would not recommend this nail salon to a friend. The pedicure felt rushed, with uneven polish and messy application. For my manicure, I asked for almond-shaped nails but was given sharp, pointed tips instead. Fixing it meant filing down my natural nails — which I had spent months growing — only for the final result to still be the wrong shape (square, not almond) due to how short they were cut. Every time I come in I’m always treated so well! Had Taylor for my pedicure, one of the sweetest ladies ever! Made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole pedicure, was very sweet when I changed my mind about the color (twice!). I had Ben for acrylics and he gave me solid advice about how to choose designs, very gentle with filing and cuticles, he took his time with the line work by hand and he did not disappoint! Will be asking for their services again by name!

I have been coming here for 3 months and thought it was finally a decent salon in Austin. Until I had One nail tech who acts like they understand what you’re saying but does the opposite. I asked for a new technician and was told there was plenty and it wouldn’t be an issue. When i got there, it was clear there was not plenty and one of the young men who work the front stepped in.
