I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I specifically went in for hard gel nails, but the tech insisted that we do acrylic. I said I still wanted to do hard gel and she said “just look at this” and applied acrylic, instead of hard gel. When the receptionist walked by, he asked the tech if we switched, but she said I wanted to do acrylic instead. Additionally, I went in for my engagement nails. My sister and I were scheduled for mani/pedis. My pedicure was good, but when we finished and I brought up the manicure the nail tech looked confused. Apparently they didn't plan for our manicures (even though we had booked them), so they rushed to get our manicures done before closing time. Unfortunately, in the process of switching from pedi to mani, the nail tech grabbed my Uggs and spilled some oil/cream on them. My $160 Uggs are ruined. They are very patient and thurough! I enjoyed the massage chair and the pedicure from begining to end. Best in a long time!

This is the best nail salon In Orem ! Julie is awesome 👏🏼 you get exactly what you ask for ! First time for chrome and it’s amazing
