Nail tech charged for cut down and I told her I didn’t want cut down. Then I ask the front why the $5 charge and he as for shaping. I only came in for a refill. I also asked for square and round on side she only did square. Seems like they do what they want and definitely not what the customer want that was my last experience
Hana was amazing. She was patient and gave me personalized recommendations based on my natural nails. I gave her an inspiration picture and she did an unbelievable job.
I love environment and the staff , everyone is friendly !
I am so obsessed with my nails!!! Hannah out does herself every time !!!
