Obviously this will only be my perspective of things but I'm going to do my best to explain the situation today. Dr Ganley is the best! The front desk lady was marginal. The people who answer the calls seem to have issues ( cutting my call off), no call back. I have had a man Twice who was very helpful and took care of getting my prescription called me and he called me back. Can’t remember his name but he was great.
