Very quiet & private
DONT NOT MOVE HERE . THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES , TERMITES AND RATS!!!! THERE IS MOLD HERE . PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY BY NOT MOVING HERE !!!! Do not be fooled every apartment is like this roaches walk the hallways and are on the walls during the daytime it is an infestation!!!!!! No one comes to repair anything here they expect you to repair the apartment yourself.
My cousin currently stays here and omg! The pool is disgusting, and roaches visit to say hello in the broad daylight. My cousin house always smells like bleach and linen and her house is fairly clean and is decorated really nice. The termites are even worst. I visit at least once a week and in one visit I’ll see about 8-12 roaches. German roaches and the ones with the big black dots. It’s more babies than anything. Look at how clean her sheets are. NO TE MUDES A ESTE CONDOMINIO! Es caro, te suben la renta a cada rato, es sucio, la piscina no funciona, la ciudad la ha clausurado varias veces porque es peligroso de lo sucia que está. Mold , rats , roaches , no maintenance replies, without ac for a few month , drug deals on premises, Loud behind fire station, multiple city violations constantly. Extrke water and garbage charges and the list goes on. Not kept common areas , laundry, pool , stairways, hallways, come see fir yourselfs
