Ever since I moved into this community with my child last year and my significant other, it has been consistent issues. I don’t like to leave a review unless it’s a good one. However, given the fact that we recently got helped by a repairman from corporate office named Donald things actually got repaired. I want to recognize Donald from the maintenance team for his outstanding work and professionalism. What started as a simple drywall repair quickly turned into identifying an ongoing leak issue that has been present since the beginning of my lease. I’ve been here two month now. In the beginning it was ok then I started to have constant issues with the apartment maintenance should do a better job finding a solution. I reported a water leak 3 week ago and the same issue has returned. They had break the wall in the bathroom by the tub to “fix” the issue and yet the same thing happened.
