Buying a home should be exciting—not a chaotic mess that leaves you stranded, stressed, and seriously regretting who you trusted. As out-of-state buyers, we relied on Bellabay Realty to be our boots on the ground. Instead, we got radio silence, missed responsibilities, and a buyer’s agent who didn’t seem to realize they had a job to do. Communication was a disaster from start to finish. Then comes the grand finale: Lighthouse Title let the buyer close before the seller—without a heads-up. We were left without keys for hours ... read more
Please reconsider buying any houses from Joshua Williams. The man buys and flips the homes he sells and does a half assed job. Leaves the house with faulty plumbing, holes in walls, dirt on the bedroom floor, and junk piled in the garage. Didn't even bother to give us all the keys when we closed... Or show up for that matter... Again, please reconsider ever doing business with Joshua Williams.
