I tired to get an appointment but when calling and sending a message, got no response even though I can see they received my message.

Stayed at cottage on Perryman. Very disappointed - maintenance issues and not clean. They did try to remedy which was good but the place is dark and the patio overgrown with weeds and rotting furniture. Would not recommend. More frustrating is the total lack of acknowledgement from Bella Vita and the standard email asking me how much we’d enjoyed our stay. No response from them despite me replying with the issues we’d had.
Great people and excellent service! I love this place!
