RecommendedThe first tag they should have available on this post should be excellent staff and atmosphere. Since they don’t I had to choose from what they had. I had a facial, stress relieving body treatment and my eyebrows shaped with Jenny. I would highly recommend Jenny and Bella Vita Spa! Jenny was wonderfully skilled and I would go back in a heartbeat! My eyebrows look great and I left incredibly relaxed. I feel like I made a new friend! I will be back!
I always have a great experience at Bella Vita and recommend it to anyone who’s looking to have their hair or nails done or get a massage! The staff are all friendly and the salon is cute and clean! I’m always happy with my hair when I leave and have had great manicures/pedicures there! 100% recommend!
Bella Vita Spa is my favorite spot to be pampered. I’ve been on the receiving end of Jessica’s services, including hair color, facials, manicures, pedicures, the whole ball of wax, for over 7 years and I have never left the salon disappointed. I love the Aveda products and I love the accommodating staff. I highly recommend Bella Vita. It’s an experience that enhances my Saugatuck visits.
I had such an amazing time at Bella Vita! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! The atmosphere was so laid back, and it was so clean! I’m so in love with my hair!
Always have a great experience here! From getting my hair and nails done to getting a massage. Love catching up with Lindsi while she highlights my hair. And my blonde always come out just the perfect color. Very accommodating too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa day or some hair care.
Used to be a wonderful experience a couple of years ago. Went summer ‘19 and the spa looked run down, no music, a mediocre greeting—it changed hands for the worse☹️
My daughters and I were extremely excited about this surprise spa day for me. I was very happy with my massage from Jamie & facial from Jennie. My mani/pedi were another story. I have had many mani/pedi’s and I have NEVER had my fingers last less than 48 hours! The polish was literally peeling off in one piece in 24 hours. My daughter called the spa which the owner said we could come back in to have them redone. Sorry a two hour drive was not going to happen. WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!!! Went for a weekend getaway, and after spending THREE AND A HALF hours for a service that was supposed to take TWO, having smeared, smudgy nails that chipped the next day, and having the front desk not know how to calculate any totals nor tip. It was an awful, horrible experience!!!! So disappointed with how much time, and money was spent. And get this the managers don’t do anything. They think their staff is the best.
