Viola, Viola, Viola! I wandered in thinking I couldn't afford them because the shop is so classy. I made an appt with Vi and wow, she did such a great job. I believe she has magical powers because she has transformed me into a cute 72 year old. Really! She listened to me and actually did what I wanted. She is fun and I look forward to seeing her. The whole staff is fun. You're missing out if you don't go there! You won't be as cute as you could be if you don't go there.
Totally disappointing and very unprofessional! Botched my hair and said would only fix and do what I originally requested if I paid more. Owner also tried to overcharge me for the service which was already pricey and was very rude about it.
