Wonderful Laser Experience – I'm so glad my friend recommended this spa to me! I went for my first laser hair removal treatment, and my tech Benafsha, was so knowledgable and comforting - she really put me at ease. My treatments have been going nice and smooth and I am seeing great results. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in laser hair removal.
Beware of Bellavita Medical Spa – Do not go here, even if you get a deal or coupon! Avoid this place at all costs. My laser Technician, Benasha, caused my skin to have white spots all over my skin, you can see where the laser ran down my skin and they act like no big deal. She told me it will go away, has not yet, she just makes light of it. The staff is totally rude at the front desk and the wait time is always very long! Do not go here!
HUGE WASTE OF TIME.. Disappointment – I got a Groupon here for laser hair removal. I was rescheduled 3 times because the front desk girl told me the laser techs quit. When I arrived, I was told they were hired back which baffles me. But I did a consult with Deseree who was a high pressure sales person who didnt seem to know what she was talking about at all, had to keep asking others questions and basically told me if I dont upgrade my treatment will not work. Excited to find this place... – I found Bella Vita thru a online deal and did not expect to find a new place for many things I wanted to have done. I had no idea how big this place was or how many services they offered. I did my botox and velashape and am very pleased with my both. My velashape technician, Hilary, is such a sweet girl, she was very knowledgable and explained why I needed to do the whole series. My botox was done with the nurse who has a very steady hand. My Favorite Medspa – Love Love Love this place! I have been going here once a week for the past few weeks to get my Velashape and I have done a few other services as well. The place is gorgeous first of all, I never guessed how huge they are and how much they offer yet very elegant... I love my Velashape Tech, she is very good at what she does, she came very highly recommended to me. MY FAVORITE SPA – I AM AN RN WHO WORKS FOR A PLASTIC SURGEON IN CLEARWATER, FL. AND WITHOUT A DOUBT THE SERVICES I'VE HAD DONE HAVE FAR EXCEEDED ANYTHING THAT I'VE HAD DONE WITH THE PLASTIC SURGEON I WORK FOR. IT TAKES ME TWO HOURS TO GET THERE BUT WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND THE PLACE IS GORGEOUS. I WILL BE A LIFE LONG MEMBER.

Wost Waxing Disaster of my life!! – Eghh I want to give NO STARS or negative stars? If you want to get waxed or anything else at this salon...DON'T. First, it's dirty and everything there is pretty old. With all their clientiel they should really upgrade. The staff is NICE BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and apathetic. Great place, luxury on a budget! Highly recommended – I got a gift certificate from my husband for this place and I have to admit I was very impressed. First class all the way, they had a full dayspa and seperate nail salon and hair salon and the place was just gorgeous! Its so much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside, and the decor is lovely. I had a great massage, facial, pedicure and manicure and lunch.
