BELLA VITA? MORE LIKE SMELLA SHITA! – WOW! This is probably the WORST spa I've ever treated myself to. I got a spa package from Groupon and when I entered Smelly Shita, I wasn't greeted by anyone but sized up and down by the manager himself. He was slouching behind the counter and already knew I was a "Grouponer" which I later found out through one of the employees that he scuffs at the Grouponers that come in because "we don't make any money off of them." The only quality service was the Facial by Daisy! – I bought the Groupon deal which was a spa package for 2 which included a 1 hour sweedish massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Before coming when I called to make the appointment I asked for additional upcharges for our services. When we arrived I reminded them that I had asked for the upcharge on the massage to go from sweedish to deep tissue. Horriffic Customer Service! – Horrific experience, was told to arrive 30 min before my apt time, and waited an hour to be seen. A person who came after me was seen before i was. I asked twice when tech will see me they said in a few min but it took for ever. When i told tech i was waiting since 9:30am she stated she didnt even get there till 10am. Always read the 1 star* comments before purchasing ! This is what I should have done before getting these 6 treatments through Groupon. I've called to book an apointment with Bella Vita. They said that I should come for a consult prior to the treatment. I explained I am very familiar with the process, since I've done it several times already, and that I live very far away, but they insisted so I accepted to make a 100 miles round trip to get there. Having Great Results with my Laser Hair Removal – So far, I'm getting good results there with my laser hair removal that I bought through Groupon. Its a nice place to relax and get pampered! Disappointed – I had a Gift Certificate (also purchased from Groupons) for Bella Vita and didn't realize it had an expiration date. The date was close so rather than lose out, I attempted to schedule an appointment for the Swedish Massage. I was told they didn't have any appointments available for over 2 weeks and they would not extend the expiration date on the Gift Certificate. love this place – i bought a coupon off half off depot for a $19 massage and i booked my appointment. at first i was a little bit hesitant because they said it would be with a guy. i've never had a guy masseuse. but he put me right at ease and i will definitely have guys from now on. it was fantastic. one of the best massages i've ever gotten.

Use Groupon Here - Get a Run Around – I bought two Groupon certificates for this spa (one for myself, one for a friend), and tried repeatedly to make appointments for the to of us to receive the pedicures that the certificates entitled us to, only to be told time and time again that there were no appointments available. Bella vista is The Place to go – I have visited Bella Vita medi spa for my laser treatments and I have had great results with Benafsha and Christi with my full body laser hair removal and I continue to take my daughter with me and my two friends, who love it equally. I would recommend everybody to visit Bella Vita.
