From the beginning the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The doctor’s assistant was knowledgeable and kind. The dentist explained what I needed entrusted he would do a great job. And he did! I was asked on a scale between 1-10 what was my experience. I gave them a 10 for outstanding.
Constant upselling and recommendations for procedures that feel unnecessary make every visit stressful. I often leave feeling pressured rather than cared for, like I need to protect myself and double-check everything with outside opinions. I’ve also received multiple referrals that didn’t seem warranted, and appointments routinely turn into unexpectedly high expenses. Unfortunately, this has eroded my trust, and I cannot recommend this practice.
Always kind and caring the hygenist Nadine is very kind and sweet.

I went in because a tooth of mine chipped and I knew it would lead to a dental emergency. I googled places in the Hillcrest neighborhood and landed at Bella Vita Dental Hillcrest which was 5 stars. Especially coming from a person who hates the dentist. Very professional, accepting, and kind. Never did I feel scared in insecure about my situation. I was so impressed I plan to get a few things done this year at Bella Vita Dental Hillcrest! Thank you 🙏🏽
