I lived in this apartment for two years. The first year was great — a nice, comfortable place to call home. But starting the second year, things went downhill. It became noisy, dirty, and felt less safe. I requested a single repair, but it took about 10 days for someone to come fix it. !!!Beware!!! ROACHES! Don't let the manicured landscaping and the 'nice' exterior grounds fool you! it’s just a mask for the structural decay inside. They put all their money into curb appeal to lure people in, while ignoring the roaches in the walls! They put surface 'gels' and sprays that do nothing!. Do not be fooled by the 'complementary pest control' it is a failed attempt to cover up a massive, building wide structural roach infestation. I'm a neighbor that has a VERY bad review on tenants with their outside parking on the street. This happened on 07/13/2025, approximately 9 or 9:30pm. We had a car parked outside on the street and various people that live here in these apartments, they rear-ended my Toyota RAV4. And I just want them to be responsible and come and talk to us about what happened to why they left the scene and took off their hood car and they took it inside these apartments.
