I'm a neighbor that has a VERY bad review on tenants with their outside parking on the street. This happened on 07/13/2025, approximately 9 or 9:30pm. We had a car parked outside on the street and various people that live here in these apartments, they rear-ended my Toyota RAV4. And I just want them to be responsible and come and talk to us about what happened to why they left the scene and took off their hood car and they took it inside these apartments. Had an appointment scheduled a few days prior to us taking a tour. Confirmed the previous day, and an email confirmation in the morning. We are from out of state with a 6 hour drive, just to be told an hour before that there is no longer any availability for our tour. Highly disappointed as this was our favorite option from what we have seen online.
I been living here for about 4 years and this property is always well maintained. The staff is always respectful and quick to answer job requests. If you have pets, this place is very dog and cat friendly, and the puppy station is always well maintained.
Currently a tenant, I have been extremely happy with property amenities and property staff. This property is safe, tranquil, luxurious and the location is ideal (close to the freeway and close to businesses but tucked away in a peaceful culdesac).
Great apartments. Very clean. Great management!
