The landlord of this establishment is complete slumlord. For the three years I stayed there they never repaired anything inside the unit. Except for the hot water heater. The trailer which is the apartment called 130B had a leaking roof. And roof fell out over in the storage area between the bathroom and the living room. Because of the hot water heater that went faulty the floor fell out in the bedroom. It took them five days to finally come over and stop the hot water heater from leaking. The tile was coming up.
