Slow maintenance works, it take days for them to even fix a light bulb. You might have to go back in just to remind them. And the spider web are still up here after 3 months. The bonus is it quite and peaceful, love to hear the kids playing happily.
Bella Vista Apartments are run by SLUM LORDS! The management is absolutely the worst! My daughter lives there and I told here that I wouldn't pay to live in a place like that. The bathroom was infested with mold, bathroom upstairs leaks into living room down stairs, dishwasher is FULL of mold, and the air conditioner stays broke! I've had to call them myself to get things done, as far as calling Code enforcement. Now she has been suffering along with her her kids in a HOT apartment. They are giving me the hardest time about my apartment deposit when they never fixed anything and there was a snake and roaches that i had to call animal control and an exterminator for...SLUM LORDS! they will be shut down soon
I been here 3 months and love my place,the ladies at the office are great,very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is kind of slow with addressing work orders but other then that..I love it! Will definitely recommend to others!
Maintenance can be a bit slow but the property is quiet and clean. Ladies in the office are friendly. Great place to live
