Recommendedif you want your 80 year old mother to sweat for a week because the ac isn't working or the upstairs toilet leaking into your shower or rain in your bedroom when it rains then i highly recommend the slum
The owner/Management is absolutely the worst. ladies in the Office are worse than teenagers, they lie to your face about repairs getting done, and Ignore you completely if you go over there head to report repair not getting done, and then u get ignored by Corporate office managers also. they want ur money but treat tenants like Trash. I have multiple water leaks that has course MOLD/MILDEW all over my Apt. 11 months fridge Door not closing correctly. lost food 3 times. heating and Air not working since August.. and many more... read more
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! There are roaches EVERYWHERE!! Whatever pest control is using is not working and makes them come back in multiples at a time and they are HUGE ! I have a baby and a toddler who loses it when she sees them in her room or crawling on her at night. I’ve stepped on them unknowingly throughout the night checking on my kids. I am beyond mad and frustrated, and would like to let everyone know how this apartment complex does not keep up with maintenance issues. We moved to this apartment about a month ago, and the day we moved noticed a water leak in one of the bedrooms. Well.. we called the apartment's office and the only thing they did was drill a hole in the ceiling to help the water drain. Wonderful staff who care about the kids in their community!
From waiting over FIVE months for management to fix a leaking ceiling that also started molding from water damage to workers that smash your windows and leave glass pieces in your home, on the back patio, and ripping out large chunks of walls - my warning to you is to FORGET THIS AWFUL GHETTO PLACE. You'll never be able to get any real answers or responses from management and they will duck your calls and complaints. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
Dont move here. Not worth the trouble. Substandard apts.
