I had a deeply disappointing experience with this hair salon. I called on last Saturday to schedule a hair coloring appointment. The person who answered the phone informed me that she was with a client and didn’t have time to check availability, but promised to call me back once she was finished. I waited for three hours and heard nothing, so I followed up with another call—only to be told she was still busy.
