Thanks to Opal Bella Vista Gardens and your staff for your support during my recent Respite stay. Facilities were terrific, my room was clean and well appointed with ensuite. Staff were extremely helpful and meals nutritious and varied. As my first experience re Aged Care, advise that I was extremely satisfied.

Bella Vista Gardens have a warm and welcoming entrance matched by the staff. The surroundings are very lush and abundant with plenty of views from your window. The staff presented as most caring and it made me feel perfectly safe to be here.

Do not send your loved one here. It looks nice but there is something off about it. The staff blatantly lied to us and to our loved ones in there not just once but many times. They said they would do things for our loved ones but didn’t. It was very quiet and no one seems to be doing anything, everyone was just in their rooms. P.S. Brian who has given this place a Google 5 star review is the client service manager there.
