I had excruciating pain. I had been misdiagnosed twice at UCLA health in Thousand Oaks over the weekend and the pain was getting worse. Due to it being the weekend, I didn’t have many options. Monday morning I called Bella Vista and they got me in. Within 10 minutes Of my appointment, I was walking out with zero pain with a correct diagnosis and feeling 1 million times better! Highly recommend! The staff and doctors are wonderful!
What a great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff from the front desk to the doctor are so kind. The staff explained everything that they were going to do, and explained their findings. Even the surgery scheduler worked with me and my busy schedule at work to get me in for my procedure… Really cannot say enough nice things about this office.
Dr Fienfeld is easy to understand while performing my procedure and has terrific bedside manner.
