I been in bella vista for more than 7 years. .and i feel and still confortable now well attended in a professional way for miss Cinthia Contreras always helpfull. Thanks bella vista.
I would not recommend Bella Vista. Rent is over-priced, apartments are cheaply built. Apartment above you , floors squeak when someone walks. Particle board cabinets, cheap appliances. Sprinklers are on every night and I wonder if the Tenants are not paying the water bill for that. Sprinklers should only be on once a week and no more. Parking is outrageous. You should be assigned a spot next to where you have an apartment, not up the block. I would not recommend Bella Vista.
I've moved in to this apartments on February 2020 and at first I was super happy, seemed professional clean and well put together, I even wrote a good review on google, now I have to refresh my opinion of this place, I think they have a good appearance at first sight but then you live here for longer than a few weeks and you see how they don't care about anything but collecting the rent money, they broke into the mailboxes and it has been 6 months now and we still can't get … See more
We live here and we are in danger of dying because the inefficiency of the administration from the condominium. We are at home because of COVID-19 and dirty water has invaded our apartment. We panicked and contacted the administration, which took no action. They did not offer to disinfect or clean the apartment. RecommendedI’ve been here for more than 5 years now and I enjoy it. The neighborhood is close to Berkeley, San Francisco, Oakland, and Napa Area. I also like the staff and the maintenance people because they take care of the business. Some neighbors can be annoying, but overall this is a great place to be, especially for families. Also, I wish we could have another gym or bigger, but we have the 24hrs fitness 5min away and the City Sport and the YMCA.
