After going 15 days without a reliable working washer machine, we finally received a new washer machine. Nothing special, but it works. Then I received a message 10 minutes prior to the front office closing that states (via email) the old washer is working and therefor I'm being charged $200. To be clear, the first week, the maintenance tried to repair the washer and witnessed and agreed it didn't work. They then replaced it.
