Tired of looking at this every time I pull into the community that I live here in! It's an embarrassment and an eyesore. I am so embarrassed to have friends and family come visit me when this is the first freaking thing you see when you drive into the community. Why doesn't management do anything about this?

I am very interested in an apartment here but I have called their office literally every single day for over a week and no one answers the phone or returns a call left on the voice mail. The recorded message states the office hours but there is never anyone there. That would be a nice job to get paid and not actually ever show up for work.

Have my name on list to move here and mngt sent me post card to see if I was still interested Apri 2023?! I also called office and said, Yes, still interested. Few months later read some bad reviews about next Section 8 apts, fence separates complex. Other complex was noisy. And Apartment Review* website, there was a resident disabled - gave negative review, that Mngt Didn't get repairs done, dirty apt, with photo of wall of apt etc. I called back Aug to tell Diana to take my name off the waiting list!
