I Lived at Bella Vista for 1 year and decided not to renew the lease. when i moved into my apartment , I found an ant infestation that took 3-4 months of calling the office, constant spraying by the pesticide company they use, and me trying various things on my own. He also will fix something he may see that was not reported and let you know. I believe you get what you pay for and I am VERY happy here at Bella Vista PSL.
