I Lived at Bella Vista for 1 year and decided not to renew the lease. when i moved into my apartment , I found an ant infestation that took 3-4 months of calling the office, constant spraying by the pesticide company they use, and me trying various things on my own. No one in the office seemed to be very concerned about it, it was just a thing I had to deal with. the machines in the laundry room are very old, some don't work at all, and coin change machine on the wall never works. the bathroom above mine leaked and the dry... read more
Want to give a special Thank You to Justin. One of the Maintenance Staff. He is awesome, polite, patient and knows what he is doing. He also will fix something he may see that was not reported and let you know. I believe you get what you pay for and I am VERY happy here at Bella Vista PSL. If you have any issues, may I suggest you reach out to Corporate, they also provide good customer service.
