Hi, I’ve been there since 21 First management was Edward now we have Maria for the past two years. She has been amazing. She has helped where she can possibly help. I have never had any issues with maintenance or anything. Beautiful property but no pool

Bella Vista is the best apartments this side of town, hands down! Since I have been here every single time I needed something Maria was there and her staff was there to take care of everything, with a smile, also. Reasonably priced complex. Very clean. Great floor plans with updated appliances. Parking is great/private parking here also. If you are looking for an apartment on the East Side of Houston, here is your future home, I hope. Best ever!
