Good location nice area and apartments but whatever you do if are going to rent here dont live in w224 the people below w224 are best friends with management and complain about every little single thing and u get charged 50 dollars per complaint and they will work with the office lady's to get u out... they know all the tenants business because the office girls are best friends with the lady and they share confidential information. NO GOOD!
This office is so great, whenever I have an issue they’re always on top of it. Clara always goes the extra mile. She’s always so attentive, and kind. Clara and office staff always greet us with a smile.
Waste of time applying here! Spent $50(each for 2 people) on applying, got told we were approved. Showed our income, our current employers, did everything the right way. They called again stating the documents weren’t enough after even speaking to our jobs and still didn’t let us. And no. Credit wasn’t the issue. Just wasted our time knowing we have a newborn
