was recommended to this salon, when I walked in for my appointment, I could feel tension. Was guided to my stylist, and given a consultation, all during I could hear the staff complaining. The shampoo girl, she complained all during the shampoo, I decided to go from a cut and blow to blow dry only, thinking that was safe. I walked out, with a teased, stiff mess and went home and attempted to wash out the mess. It took a good hour to get the tangles out. this is a very negative environment, and I would never go back.
