This is a photo of the day I moved in and the day I moved out. The management kept my entire security deposit and added extra charges. The bathroom had mold, yet they charged me for “painting over” it instead of properly fixing the issue. Don’t make the mistake of moving here — they will find reasons to keep your deposit. There’s no additional parking, and they add made-up charges like a “final administrative fee” — even though everything is handled online — and they charged it twice. Avoid Bella Villagio at All Costs Living at Bella Villagio was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. The noise levels were unbearable, and the unit I was given hadn’t been repaired before I moved in. To make matters worse, the apartment manager tried to charge me for those pre-existing issues when I moved out. THEY ARE THIEVES 🤷♂️ No one answers, don't trust them. I paid $96 for an application for my wife and I. They made me deposit $300 more. They told me one price and as soon as I filled out the application, they gave me another. I've been calling, emailing, and texting them for two months, and no one answers. THEY STOLE $300! THAT'S WHY THEY PAY THE $96 APPLICATION! THIEVES
