Stay away from this place. Doctors are prescription happy and not want to prescribe medications even when you tell them you don’t want pills! Michelle North not only shoved adhd medication down my throat but she also tried giving me sleeping pills and when I told her no she scarfed at me. Then when that adhd medication didn’t work she tried shoving another prescription down my throat even though I told her I wanted to wait to go on any medication until I had my genetic test results back. Couldn't have had a worst experience, and now im left feeling more hurt and hopeless than ever. Drove 2 hours round trip for an appt they didn't bother to tell me was canceled. Didnt bother to tell me I wasn't approved. And thats just the start. Find somewhere else that wont HARM your mental health with their carelessness. ZERO stars.
A very Money Hungry based clinic . I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any type of Service, they seem to mainly care about making money vs actual Patient Care. Came here with a loved one & although it was an okay experience we felt the clinic was more so concerned about collecting from us & offering certain type of services that felt pushy than the actual help they needed , won’t mention my loved ones name for privacy reasons. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to for Bella Vida TMS! I have never walked into an office that was more welcoming in my life. Jordan at the front desk knew me by name by my second visit and welcomed me with a smile every morning. David, my tech, was so easy to talk to and always enthusiastic and welcoming. Ella was a tech I only had once when my tech was out, but she is the sweetest too! And last but not least… Joe, the psychiatrist at the office… was always so kind and courteous.
