If you’re someone who appreciates or even NEEDS consistency, avoid this place at all costs. This place must be run as poorly on the back end as it is in the front. Over the course of less than a year, i met 3 new providers because they’d all abruptly leave the company. On top of that, they wouldn’t even fill a prescription for me once the provider i was seeing left. Update: This place really went downhill. I had two rounds of TMS with them which went great and then I was trying to get a third round approved. I kept having to ask for updates and never got them. Finally, they told me I was eligible by June 1st for a new round so they’d put in the prior authorization for that date. I kept calling and asking and they said they still hadn’t heard back from insurance. I finally had enough and went to a new clinic. Treatments helping so much! The staff is wonderful. If you need TMS, this is the place to go.
