I had an excellent experience with Dr. Goodman at my appointment last week for Botox and filler. I had a follow up appointment today with her NP, Maddison Smith and Maddison was so incredible. Insane attention to detail. Listened to what I needed and successfully addresses my problem spots. She literally made me look 10 years younger today! I have now have a list of services to book with BellaVi Spa! So happy I found them!
I highly recommend Bella Vi.This facility is beautiful using state of the art technology. Dr. Goodman is an expert in her field. She is thorough in her evaluation and let’s you make your on decisions. Maddison NP is present to meet all your needs and the follow up is excellent. This is the place to go over all the others.

Bella Vi Spa in Franklin Tennessee is truly wonderful. I chose Bella Vi because of Dr. Carol Ann Goodman. After my consultation with Dr. Goodman, I realized quickly she was only going to advise me on a procedure that would give me true and natural looking results.
