i went there a couple years ago and they never finished my braces because the orthodontist kept traveling. And when i did get my braces “tightened” my brackets fell off right when i got home from the place. worst place ever.
Just left Bella Terra Dentistry. It's been a few years since I've been to see Dr. Nguyen. After x-rays were taken, Dr. Nguyen reviewed my problem areas and fixed them. Yes, I needed a few fillings. She did a great job. Love her staff too. I've been coming here for 5 years. And will continue. Dr. Nguyen is a caring person. She even remembered my dogs names. Love her!
Went in for a temp cap and talked to one of the ladies, she assured me that they could do it so I filled out all the paper work and someone walked in and she said oh sorry we can’t do it anymore we got busy!!! There was not a single soul in there but all the dentists!! It seemed like a scam so maybe it was a blessing they didn’t take me.
BEST Dentist I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and welcome. I had made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled 2 week prior and like how they reminded me about my appointment through text. Which is great because I'm always so busy I forget. As soon as I realized I had the appointment I text back to reschedule and they were booked but they said come in at 530 toward the end of the day.
