I have been going here forever. I love all the girls especially Kimmie. If you want a great experience and friendlyness go see them and ask for Kimmie she is great.
Wow! I just discovered next gen about a year ago but couldn't find a place that consistently did a good job. Eureka! This place rocks. Mindy did my nails just the right length, thickness and filed them perfectly. They are hand-model worthy. Courtney did my toes with the same quality, care and SPEED! They're english is impeccable and conversation is energetic and interesting. I will keep coming back!
About a month ago my aunt got a massage at Bella's for her birthday, that night she looked like they beat her with a bat. She had bruising all over her back, arms,and legs. They acted like it wasn't a big deal and blew her off, then they said she wasn't allowed to make appointments there anymore. Also a couple days ago they told my grandmother and mother AFTER they finished their pedicures that they were also not allowed to make anymore appointments. If you can actually get an appointment here they do a good job most of the time. But you do have to have an appointment even though it says walk ins welcome. They don't have beauticians there who know how to do everything so sometimes you have to wait a very long time until someone who knows what their doing can fit you in. Its highly annoying. I called and told them I was running late for my appointment and the lady told me that was fine and then when I got there they said that no one was able to do my nails that day. They ... read more
