Tell the owner he has no class in how he responds to criticism ...he will if not already ruin this business !! I will never come to Bella's and will discourage everyone I know. This guy needs to clean up his act or not be allowed on the website !!
RecommendedFantastic experiences all around. Small nuances are what set Bella’s apart from the “Italian” restaurants you see everywhere that feel garlic bread is just buttered wonder bread with garlic salt on top. Food is great, service is above average, and I have never had to send anything back here.
The meals are awesome and always consistant
Waited two hours for dinner and it never came. Just left hungry and they charged us for drinks and apps

My mother and I decided to go to Bella's in Rockland tonight, after looking at the menu and thinking it sounded good. We arrived tonight, around 5:20 PM. We were told it would be an hour wait for a table, because there were lots of reservations/ a party. The hostess mentioned there was a regular bar, as well as a back bar that was quieter. What is going on at Bella’s? We have gone there for years and loved it but we have had some terrible experiences as of late. Ten of us were there Friday night and were served 3 drinks in filthy glasses! Not just a bit of lipstick- actual dirt on the glasses! Surly bartenders. One of the girls waited over twenty minutes for the valet. Such a terrible night. The only bright spot was the manager who tried to fix things but too much too bad to fix! We are looking for a new spot to go. Any ideas?
