Tucked away in South Tampa, Bella's sports attractive paintings on tiles, and the ambience is snug and cozily romantic. Candles glitter, but there's no formality at this spot that turns out such temptations as Pollo Milano, Confetti Spaghetti and Bella Luna—half. Paninis and sandwiches are equally tempting! And finish this wholesome delicious meal with their lip-smacking desserts like the Tiramisu and Chocolate Toffee Tort!

Great food, atmosphere and service Bellas Italian Cafe rocks! They have a wonderful wine selection and the food is incredible. I ordered a salad, and a pasta dish with sausage, peppers and red sauce. It was phenomenal. Their fresh baked bread is very tasty as is their cheesecake. The prices aren't bad either. I think our check came out to about $65 for dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine and dessert.
Bella's Italian Cafe is my favorite This is one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa. I love the asparagus soup and the pasta is excellent! I have small children (4 kids under 5) and I wouldn't take them but it's a great date for my husband and I.
Pasta and Pizza Galore! This is probably one of the best places in Tampa for pizza. Bella's also has great pasta sauces and you "create your own" pasta dish if you like. Try the Bolognese or the roasted tomato cream. I also like the big hunks of parm the waiter grates on your meal for you, and the dessert tray! Their Happy Hour is tops!
Great small restaurant Bella's isn't a huge restaurant but the food is delicious. They offer half price pizza's late night, which is always a great bargin for wood burned pizza. I recommend the pesto pizza.
Great Place Bellas Italian Cafe is a great place, especially for happy hour or a late night snack. The pizza is great, and the drinks are wonderful. The atmosphere here is nice, and the food is delicious. Try the happy hour specials. They are excellent.
RecommendedAmazing food! Everything is delicious! The Confetti Spaghetti and Lobster Bisque are my absolute favorites. Bella's is the best!
