I absolutely LOVED working with these ladies! I had no real idea what I wanted when I walked in the store, and really wanted nothing to do with the wedding planning process. Misty made me feel welcome, and most importantly, made me feel comfortable! I looked at one other 'big box' store after going to Bella Rose, and the experience didn't even compare. Excellent customer service! After a horrible first experience with another shop my bridesmaid & I were so thankful to be able to get an appointment the same day at Bella. It was like night & day. We had so much fun & I was so happy for the suggestions based on what I had in mind. It only took 3 dresses & I was done. All of our questions were answered & follow up emails, calls were handled promptly. Great to work with & I highly recommend!
