Google doesn’t let you give 0 stars but I would if I could. Purple sweatshirt photo is March 27th, tank top photo is April 2nd. Service was March 30th with Amber Kay. Not only did I pay $480 IN TOLEDO OHIO (with a tip) for a balayage service, she basically stopped responding when I told her when I’m available for a her to make it right and give me more of a noticeable difference. Natalie was incredible! She styled my hair and all of my bridesmaids beautifully, and every look lasted the entire day. She was so calm, professional, and fun to have around on the morning of the wedding; exactly what we needed. Highly recommend her to any bride!
Macey did a phenomenal job! I came with a friend and she was so nice to accommodate us both so we could come together. I got a haircut with tons of layers and I’m obsessed! I definitely recommend Macey!
My 16 year old daughter went in for a color correction with Bianca & not only did she not give her what she asked for or wanted at all. She charged her 450$ and let her tip her an extra 20$ on top of that when my daughter was in tears when she left the salon. For reference all she really wanted was her hair from black to a light brown and highlights. Bianca did such an amazing job coloring my locs!! The colors were so vibrant and lasted a while. She also made sure I was comfortable for the entire experience, offering coffee and snacks and making sure I had time for bathroom breaks! Great location and parking was easy! Highly recommend getting services done here :)
