Used to order here a lot, but the last few months the quality has really tanked. Ordered a pizza and fried calamari. Pizza was barely cooked and the calamri was worse than the frozen stuff at price right. Called the reaturant to let them know and both people i spoke with started arguing with me about how good it was. Wouldn't recommend, better off getting dominos
As a lifelong resident of Westfield, I've chosen to go to Bella Rome over all other pizza places in town. However, that has changed. Myself along with 2 other friends currently have food poisoning. All three out of work and out of commission. The pizza was atrocious and the fries tasted and felt like they had been sitting in old grease for a day. Never again. Bummer.
First & last time ordered. Messed up order. Said sending missed food along but it never came. Called & they said it was out for delivery but still never came. Had to find something else for kids to eat. Their solution was don't order online next time. Won't be a next time.
I order from work regularly. My order is always correct and they deliver as promised time wise. The food is good. I like how they put the hot chicken in a separate container than the salad. It keeps it fresh for delivery. I recommend.

Customer service is horrible! We weren't delivered our entire order, then told we could get a credit or wait an undetermined amount of time for a delivery of French fries. Ummmm no, how about just refund my french fry money back to my debit card? Oh hang on .....mumbles in the background.... New girl answers...you got the wrong order? F this place! It's not worth the aggravation! ......still no french fries
The last two orders were very unsatisfactory the food has gone hill
