Moved in two years ago and it started out really good. Recently there has been a change in management and it has been problematic since. Dumpsters are constantly overloaded with garbage spilling out of them. Trash is all over the stairwells. Neighbors are grilling in the parking lot. It took two weeks for my maintenance requests to be completed as they stated they were not staffed. The complex is filthy. They stated that I changed my locks that were in fact never changed.
