I've rented from Mike for 2 years, and it's been the best experience I could’ve had. The property is always well-maintained, and any issues I had were always addressed quickly, usually the same day. Communication is clear and timely, and he genuinely cares about every tenant. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly landlord, I highly recommend renting from Mike! My roommate & I had a great year living in one of Mike’s properties. The apartment was newly renovated & updated before we moved in. Throughout the year, and with the move in & move out process, Mike was very accommodating and helped out whenever needed at a short notice.
