I rented from Mike for 2 years while in school at UW Milwaukee. I can’t remember for the life of me a single time that he failed to address any comments, questions or concerns that my roommates and I had. If something was broken or missing, he would schedule maintenance with contractors or come and fix it himself within a week (often as quick as 2 or 3 days). Mike is such a fantastic landlord! I enjoyed living there and such a nice home. Anytime there was any problem he would reply immediately and fix anything as soon as possible!
I rented from Mike for two years while I was in college at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. And it was an absolute pleasure renting from him. He was always very efficient on if I put in a maintenance request. And made our apartment feel like home.
Mike is an amazing landlord - he truly cares about each and every one of his tenets and is always quick to respond to requests. All units are clean and well-kept! I lived on two separate properties and had a 10/10 experience in both.
