My husband and I rented from Mike for 5 years and couldn't have asked for a better landlord. He was always just a phone call away and consistently went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. I rented from Mike for 2 years while in school at UW Milwaukee. I can’t remember for the life of me a single time that he failed to address any comments, questions or concerns that my roommates and I had. If something was broken or missing, he would schedule maintenance with contractors or come and fix it himself within a week (often as quick as 2 or 3 days). I have rented with Mike for the past two years and he has been great! Very attentive and quick with responses and truly cares about his tenants. 10/10 would recommend renting with him!
Mike is such a fantastic landlord! I enjoyed living there and such a nice home. Anytime there was any problem he would reply immediately and fix anything as soon as possible!
