I've rented from Mike for 3 years now and he is fantastic! He definitely proves he cares and respects his tenants. Anytime my roommate and I had a problem it was quickly responded too and fixed. He even plowed our parking spots during a blizzard! For my roommate and I, it was our first place we've ever moved too, so we had tons of questions and didn't know much about renting. I've rented from Mike for 2 years, and it's been the best experience I could’ve had. The property is always well-maintained, and any issues I had were always addressed quickly, usually the same day. Communication is clear and timely, and he genuinely cares about every tenant. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly landlord, I highly recommend renting from Mike! My roommate & I had a great year living in one of Mike’s properties. The apartment was newly renovated & updated before we moved in. Throughout the year, and with the move in & move out process, Mike was very accommodating and helped out whenever needed at a short notice.
