I had a great experience renting from Mike. He was always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The property was well maintained, and the entire rental process was straightforward from move in to move out. Bella Property is an exceptional property management company. Mike is very involved with his properties and has clear communication with all tenants. If there is anything in the home that needs attention, he will be there to help out within the day. He is a great person, that you’d want as your landlord.

I rented from Mike for 2 years while in school at UW Milwaukee. I can’t remember for the life of me a single time that he failed to address any comments, questions or concerns that my roommates and I had.
