I've been seeing Heather at Bella on the Bay for 8 years. She is a miracle worker!! I get so many compliments on my cut and color and this is all thanks to the amazing Heather! She also cuts my son's hair and has since his first haircut! The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is a good one. My favorite memory of Bella was when I was about to pop and Heather fit me in to her busy schedule for a last minute cut and color before baby arrived! The ambiance and location are also amazing!
