Best Mom-n-Pop Pizza and Sub place in Lima!!
It had been awhile since I had ordered from Bella Notta's, not for any fault of their own, we just hadn't eaten as much pizza of late. But today became that day, and it hasn't changed. It's still amazing, from the friendliness to the food. No complaints.
