I’ve gone to Bella for years at least 9 to 10 years. I’ve never had an issue. I went today with my friend. I think my pedicure was probably 30 minutes or so the two ladies who worked on us talk to each other the whole time to the point that my friend and I couldn’t even hear each other. They were definitely making fun of us giggling and talking. Every single time we asked a question they glared at us. The customer service was terrible. I feel like I just get ripped off. $92 for a new set of nails with a design. This is my first and last time going here. The stuff they put on your nails, burns and hurts. I asked for a seahawk design and had a picture to show her. The lady did the best she could. The nails them self are really bad and hurt. I was going to hi-tech for longest time but I thought they were getting too expensive. So I tried a different salon boy was I wrong. I had never paid $92 for a set of nails at hi-tech.
