They said they had time for 2 pedicures and we ended how waiting at least 30-45 min then sat, soaking our feet for another 15-20. It was an older lady who did my toes and she rushed my pedicure. She did NOT use the foot scraper and my feet looked dry and uncared for after the pedicure. They don’t even look like they had a pedicure at all. Walk-in or schedule an appointment, the service is always good. I always try to schedule ahead, because this place is busy. Relaxing massage chairs take the edge off if there’s a bit of a wait. I never mind the wait😉

Honestly don't want to leave a bad review but have to. I called and made an 11:30 appointment for a pedicure. At 12:15 l put my feet in the water. I then sat there until 12:30 with no one communicating to me. At 12:45 l left. No pedicure. Went across the street to get them done elsewhere.

I was stressed & needed to remove an older set of nails, I asked if they could soak them & they did. It had hurt in the past as they rip them off to see how strong you are I suppose but not very nice at other salons I've gone to. They are very calming & it was the better timing of the day & week day. Thank you Maia you made it relaxing for me. I'll be back & really appreciate you.
