Yeah, sometimes you have to wait a bit but it's worth the wait to me. I always love my nails and the people are very friendly...I'm very picky about my nails and they have to be perfect...thanks for putting up with me... Lol. Highly recommended.�.

They are the worst in customer service my daughter want had a smear on her nail and the tech told it was because she didn't get a manicure instead of fixing it
The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. My nail polish bubbled and completely peeled off two hours after my gel manicure. I went in the next day and asked for a refund. After waiting fifteen min to speak to someone, the owner came out and said it wasn't their policy to refund. He never apologized and said I would have to call back and make an appointment to have them fixed.
