Needed to get a quick fill on my pink and white ombré nails. The guy said he would have to do a whole new set because he can’t fill the white (which I have had done before at another salon). So I said fine just fill and I will do a color. After he filled them he then took the small skinny drill to file the nail underneath the acrylic and went to far and cut through my skin. RecommendedLove my nails! This place is awesome.
My natural nail was drilled through,to the flesh,by the use of an electric drill/file. They blamed me, saying I was moving. Then revoked that and said I wasn’t moving I just wasn’t relaxed so that’s what caused the metal drill bit to grind through my nail bed. After accusing me of being the responsible person, they charged me $41 for a fill on my overlay and a polish.
$25 for basically a quick polish. Slight buffing of my heals and some lotion on my legs. Started clipping my nails without asking and that is usually the first question, “do you want them clipped or just shaped?” Especially since they weren’t long. Several of us were disappointed in what what considered the “basic pedicure”
Charged my friend and I the wrong prices. Went back in to ask and they said they'd "make it right". So they made her pay more money and gave me my correct price. So much for making it right. You don't ask for more money when the business is at fault. Not impressed with customer service.
Disappointed, used to like this place. They forgot to file my nails, didn’t notice til I got home. Plus, I authorized kiddos for either a polish change or pedi. Each one ended up with a flower design that tacked on $5 each without advanced acknowledgment. The $5 fees were added after I said I was paying by card and they indicated they preferred cash.
I visited the salon a week ago for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Polish is already coming off of my toes and gel is already lifting from my nails...disappointed
Wonderful customer service from Tree! He did a great job with my pedicure. I will definitely be going back and requesting him every time.
