RecommendedWonderful customer service from everyone today! They were so patient with my 3.5 year old and treated her like a princess the entire time we were there! We will definitely be back!

I didn't go to this location, but received a gift card from Bella. Assumed it was good for a year (my fault) which is NOT THE CASE. Called the mgr at the Lenexa store. "Nothing they can do." Baloney. Always something you can do if you actually want customers......
Had a pedicure and fill with gel. Everyone was friendly and polite. I will be visiting them again.
I am honestly not that pleased anymore, this use to be my go to place then I haven went for about a year and My sister goes here all the time now and tells me how great they are so my mother and I decided to go since our usual lady couldn't fit us in. I got a full set done, the person cut me on two different fingers as well as taking almost two hours. Before today I've had 1 mani and pedi and ended up bleeding from them so I had sworn off getting mani/pedis ever again! My daughter wanted to do it for her birthday so I caved...I am so glad I caved!!!! This place is amazing and the people are wonderful!!!!! I plan to continue to go there all the time!!!! Thank you to Bella, Mindy, and Hein!!!!
