Su is amazing!
I went for the first time yesterday. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The lady who owns the store was very sweet and took care of every detail and made me feel comfortable. Chychy did my nails and I loved them! She is very gentle and professional. When my nails were done, they felt like they were my own and looked very elegant. This was my first nail experience in GTA but I will definitely go again.
I wanted to give this salon a fair chance, but unfortunately, my experiences were disappointing both times. During my first visit, the environment felt chaotic with employees shouting back and forth. I had requested acrylic nails but wasn’t informed they don’t offer that service. Instead, the technician chose to do dip powder with extensions without explaining the change. Trish always does a beautiful job on my nails. She always makes me feel comfortable and checks with me throughout the process to make sure I am happy. She’s very sweet and is skilled at her work.
